Indian gin UK

I've noticed since the 1.07 patch night time has been considerably brighter . So much that there is no longer any use for torches glow sticks etc. I have tried quite a few different third person servers and it all seems to be set at the new brightness. For me personally this is a huge step back wards as it takes away much of the atmosphere of the game. Can any one tell me if this has been implemented across all servers or just a few on Xbox? Thanks in advance.
