I think its perfectly fine, im not struggling for food and I just look for clothes with high to best insulation. cook meat that you hunt straight away, actually dry it so it lasts much longer and it fills the character much more. this update has improved survival if you ask me.

DayZ PS4 1.10 Update | Framedrops and Lags

I'm on ps4 standard ssd 1st person server. I'm not having issues with lag really. yes the occasional stutter or frame drop but other than that its totally playable. I haven't tried cars yet but I have found a m3s and its runs normalish sometimes it wobbles a little. -

I'm sure a hotfix is inbound for consoles. pc has already had 1 since 1.10 "stable" dropped. -

no just no, thats not how it works at all. my food and water status has changed to yellow once since playing 1.10. you just gotta make sure you have food stash and some on your player and if you get meat smoke it as quick as you can for it to last a lot longer. I really don't understand how people complain about the food or water situation. I admit I had problems when I first started playing day z but now I'm a boss at finding food in buildings or on zombies or in the form of animals. the loot table has been reset now on 1.10 so you really shouldn't have issues finding canned food now.

I have a truck up and running right now, I have a spare battery also. I looted these things before 1.10 dropped in preparation for bagging myself a truck 🚚. the devs did say in the patch notes that the loot table might take 3 real days to be fully functioning, that being said I haven't had a single problem since 1.10 dropped on ps4.

ok so maybe I'm just being stupid but I have noticed no mention in the patch notes about the m3s for 1.10. I would have thought It would be seeing as though its a significant addition to the game.

seeing as though the devs have added stuff like that then im sure the devs will implement toxic/radioactive zones eventually. like you say what is the point in having a full nbc suit and respirator if they do not have any significant use. lets just wait and see and enjoy the update coming out today. 🙂

I have a sneaking suspicion that 1.10 is almost ready to roll out. the devs have been quiet now for 3 days since the public play test announcement 3 days ago. does anyone have any other news? I could really do with the m3s truck right about now, got a lot of stuff to move. 🙂

Break into a base in 2 minutes with a hatchet???? what version of day z are you playing? it takes 5 or 6 nades to destroy 1 upper or lower section of a base gate or wall or many mags of m4 ammo to get in. breaking into a base in 2 minutes with a hatchet was something people complained about pre 1.08

I think the commands will be released on ps5/xbox x im not sure the ps4 has the capacity nor the xbox 1. -

I have noticed at the bottom of the EU livonia server list there is a server with the name of "Sony submission 2" its always empty since I've noticed it a day or two ago. I looked it up to see what it meant and its not the first that it has been there. back when 1.04 was to be released it was also seen then and it was something to do with the update not being able to be released for ps4 when it was supposed to be. the update was released however the following week back when 1.04 was supposed to be launched. I can't give anymore info than that because that's all I've been able to find.

I've noticed the v3s truck is making a comeback on pc in the 1.10 experimental branch. does this mean that if the truck makes it to stable branch on pc will it also come to ps4 and xbox?

well thats just not true on the last point mate, I play on ps4 on a modded server called A2 and cars run like a dream on there.
