So I've been enjoying the Hideout, and smugglers rost? and a few others. I will say, I dont really enjoy the hardcore PvP servers, they seem all about gear and killing. Yes its fun for a bit, but i do enjoy the PvE part along with a bit of player killing. the choices are soooo many. I will keep up the trial and playing different server until i find a good home.

thanks Tandwan, I am new to the game and really frustrated by the hacking. In the last week, I have transitioned to community servers, most running mods. I am enjoying it, but I currently bounce around 4 different servers in an effort to find a new "Hacker Free" home. Yes your right about staying on official vanilla servers, you need to accept the hacking, or move. That sucks, but it is the only solution. I am tired of screaming at a wall.

I disagree, Bohemia has shown a serious lack of caring. I have posted several threads on hackers ruining official servers. No response at all. No action taken that I can see. I created tickets on feedback.bi about hacking. No response, no action taken that I can see. Sent emails to Bohemia complaining about the issue. AGREED that Bohemia is DROPPING THE BALL. What a great game managed by a SHIT company. I can't believe the apathy of Bohemia to let this problem run ram pate. It is also ruining the game for me.

Well, Just happened again twice now. I notice on the server I play one is a steady rythm of sniper shots heard. Not like a gun battle, but a steady rythm and then I die. The steady shooting is now a tell for hacker in server using some aim ,thru wall hack. Dont worry Exxoduss, I wont hack, its lame. I have been trying to play on private server, the amount of loot is way different.

This shit sucks! Bohemia please do something about this. I love the game, and have invested hours, if not weeks of playing, creating stashes and bases, only to be stalked and killed by impossible thru stuff snipe shots, or killed by a warping/teleporting player with super speed like the matrix. I have had hacker experiences 3 times in the last week. I just happened to me again. This is ruining the game for me. Yes i have experienced the same thing on LA5417 85.190.157.115 Many of my stashes just disappeared. Pretty sure not found. and the teleporting dude comes in and kills me I just experienced dying on login at my base. impossible shot. I got snipped, then I here snipe shots all over, a steady rhythm of shots. It must be some amibot snipping thing. Fukn pisses me off PLEASE BNOHEMIA do something ab0out this.

So I logged in today and shortly after. I was attacked out of nowhere. I heard a noise like fast bird wings. then i died. I did see this person some from nowhere, he teleported in next to me. So i respawn new location across the map. and I hear the same noise.. And the same perosn is near me, they say some shit in chinese on the mic. He moves away and is super fast like he is glitching, matrix style, but his voice communication on the mic is normal. he is just skipping around me. I confront him as a hacker and why is he following me. WTF. how is this possible on an Official server?

OK, thanks, So to understand, by leaving the server, and returning later, it causes me to loose my buried item?

So I have started to bury stuff for when i die and respawn. I have created several staches all over the map. Last night I switched servers (same hive - Offical Dayz US servers, one in NY and one in LA). I played a bit, didn't die, and then switched back. Then one of my stashes was gone, OK, maybe someone found it. It's happened before. So I check another, it's gone. This one was hard to find. I check another, GONE. All in all lI checked 4 locations and all of them are gone. Did i screw up by bounching servers? I thouhgt that is they are on the same HIVE, and have persistence ON, that my gear and stashes would be the same - IE follow me around. Am I not understanding how this works, or if I want to bury items then I am locked into playing on that server only? My next step is to try to build small base to hide item. Will the base follow be on tha same hive? advise please.

I've been playing on Livonia official servers a NY one only cause it has med pop most of time. I have 5 cashes so far each with 1 or 2 weapons all over the map. I'm looking for companions to maybe get loot, build a small stash house or something like that. My play style is more friendly, I dont shot first, I try to talk with player instead of killing them. I get killed alot! talking always dosen't work. I would switch server to join a group or play with another player. I'm located in Pacific timezone/west coast US. I usually play 6-10pm PST. Hello all, Just got he game a few weeks ago. I am hooked. Only playing Livonia on vanilla offical servers so far. Hope to join a group soon or find folks to play with. Tired of getting killed by geared up groups when I'm just trying to eat to stay alive.
