I think its a good idea if you firstly have to bandage the players wounds to stop bleeding and give them everythin they need then use them that way it stops reviving in fire fights cos your not gonna stop for around 20-30secs to bandage someone, morphine then blood transfusion them if ur being shot only after the initial danager is gone I think my ideas are good additions and if it was that way i would agrree
