So my character is bound to me ip adress?

Title sais it all.

I usually play on regular servers with 3DP:on and CH:on, but when I woke up this morning I was unable to play the way I usually do. I've tried a lot of servers, and it's the same on all of them. No crosshair, and sometimes I can't even use 3rd person, even though the servername sais 3DP:on. I usually play in 3rd person, and when I need to shoot I do it in 3rd, I then switch to first person with by pressing on the second mouse button and then pressing on it again to aim with the iron sights. I then use NUM Enter to get back to third again.... I suddenly can't do that anymore, no matter what server I play on.

I finally started getting the hang of surviving properly, and got a lot of ammo and a crossbow... But I got a bit careless and a zombie gives chase, so I aim at him running towards me and crossbow him in the face right as he reaches me... But he still gets me. Somehow. So I spend the next 5 minutes bleeding because I have no bandages, and die because 1 zombie scratched me. It just seems a little too much to me that hours of work gets pissed away because you bleed like you're a balloon. It should just stop after a while.

I lost connection to the server I was playing on, and now whenever I join a server I spawn in some barren hills. It doesn't matter which server it is. I tried making a new profile, but I still respawn with the same character. Also tried to respawn, just end up the same place again.
