    Unplayable FPS

    Hello, new here. I'm capped to 2 FPS in the main menu, and in-game. It takes about 5 or so minutes of stuttering around until it pops back to 100+ FPS on Medium/High settings as if nothing had happened. I leave the lobby and I'm back to 2 FPS and the issue restarts. I've verified cache, uninstalled/reinstalled the game and all my drivers are updated, to no avail. Anyone know any fixes? Send help
