I'm getting artifacts in DayZ with my new 5700 XT, I'v seen a few other people with the exact same problem, which makes me think it is not a bad GPU but rather driver or game related. Does anyone have a fix for this?

It gives me the option to "complete collection" and gives me a 30% discount on Livonia, got it for 9.79EUR
