short answer is yes. if you want to play on your own private server you have to rent one from nitrado. or you could just play on one of the many servers out there. "cough" Search DbagZ Livonia "cough"

just reinstalled the server gonna try now

I have selected "Enoch" in my server settings and my server shows up in the Livonia filtered section but when I log in it is still chernarus. am I doing something wrong??? I stopped the server before changing the settings and then restarted it but no luck.
