Player bodies fall through walls and become unable to loot (couldn't report bug post)

Sometimes you can cut-up the bodies with a knife to get some of the loot -
Before you join the server you want to play on you need to switch the characters in the main menu to the "fresh" one you created, not have one of the characters from one of the servers you played on be displayed. If you *then* join a server you will spawn as that character model you chose. It works but it makes no sense lol!

TheRunningManZ (1pp only). Except for the heatpack you spawn with it's 100% vanilla (as far as I know). It's full pretty often. Then there are a handful of vanilla servers with low player counts i have played on from time to time.

There are vanilla servers with admins. I have had some fun and annoying encounters with hackers on the public servers yes, but I have yet to meet a hacker on community vanilla servers.

Exactly what I want from the game, I am the puristest purist on DayZ, I only accept 100.000% vanilla! And let me tell you, TheRunningManZ server is the place for you! Complete vanilla! 1pp only! No rules! About 4 hours of day followed by an hour of night! *Dark* as hell night! NO unrealistic, ugly, terrible player-nighttime glow! Admins that ban cheaters (I think, no idea actually). COME COME! PLAY PLAY! Edit: You spawn with a heatpack which I don't think is vanilla. That doesn't bother me though since you can become completely immune to cold as soon as you find any knife in under five minutes. -

I read posts like this a lot on the forums. I have never had these problems luckily. The two times I met hackers in-game were only on public servers, and both of them were friendly! One of them gifted me an ak and then ran away at the speed of sound. The other one raced against our car, on foot, and won. haha -

DayZ has always been glitchy, lacking content and slow to develop (except for version .62). I have fun with it anyway, I just hope that a good amount of the promised features makes it into the game someday. I am kind of scared about the whole situation with only broken limbs and stability promised for this year, along with it being called post launch support. -
Make the character need less food to survive.

It's really hard to survive right now, you pretty much have to cook worms to keep you warm, then seek out a big animal to eat if you want to stay alive. Often I can't even make it from my spawnpoint to a situation with enough food before i starve to death (I have 4500 hours and I always look up the most recent tips and tutorials). I like how hard it is to survive, but it is very tedious *until* you have at least 3 100 degrees celsius worms in your jacket and a roasted deer in your stomach. I agreee with youuuuuuuuuu -
Trying to play on 1pp vanilla servers. All 3 official 1pp chernarus server in the EU are full. 2 have a queue of 20, one has a queue of 10 but is laggy as hell. Please more servors. It's 10pm on a Thursday. I could also play on TheRunningmanZ vanilla 1pp..... IF IT DIDN'T HAVE A 20 PEOPLE QEUE AND MY GUNS STOPPED GLITCHING FORCING ME TO RELOG xD

Yes. And about the getting sick thing, I have eaten half a deer once and I didn't get sick, so it might be glitched or something. Puking also doesn't seem to take away a lot of your food/water bars, so you don't need to be scared of overeating. These are just some things I have noticed from playing the 1.06 version and 0.62 back in the day.

Neither. Just eat all the food you find immediately so you don't have to carry it with you (unless you have a friend you are saving it for). Your food bar can be filled up infinetly so there is no use in storing food in your inventory to eat later.

If you cook food with no water in the pot and a piece of lard, it will get baked instead of boiled. This will make it fill up your hunger bar way more!

Most items despawn after an hour or so, if they emptied it all then it would have disappeared after that time, explaining why nothing was left on the ground -
I think it would be a lot of work to make tucked-in pants models for all the pants and for the different boots just for that tiny little bit of realism haha 😄

There should only be enough food for 30 people, and add Steam achievements for hours surviving.

Hm I actually like it how it is right now. Unless I cook some animals I always come close to starving to death on full servers. -
They added a designated bow slot and I think tanning is also represented in the barrel ui so it seems likey they are going to add dem stuffs back some day

I would say this is an early access game and you know what you signed up to when you bought it but... they call it version 1.0 xD. Since the game is still being worked on a lot there are tons of glitches and you pretty much just have to wait until there is a patch stable enough for you to enjoy. In the past there have always been really stable and glitchless patches and then other times they have been unplayable or close to that. -
