    Zombies are broken!!

    I've been sneaking at the same distances and speeds since maybe 1.5 or earlier when the zombie spawns were quite insane. Even then I was sneaking passed zombies 90% of the time using the same methods. Walking material and sound levels make a huge difference in detection. Crouch walk in semi tall grass (2-3 bars) is almost invisible up to maybe 5-10meters. Stepping near a road, home or flat surface in daylight shoots that upward 4-5 bars. Something down the street might notice. When rocket adds more visual checks it's going to get worse. Crawling helps a lot of people but few have practiced the range they can crouch walk/run. Crouch run can usually outpace a attacking walker zombie until your somewhere safe to deal with it. The zombies by far are the least of your problems...
  2. kinda need more info. I don't believe there is a direct AK47 in game. AK 74, AKM and 1 other i forgot. There is maybe 3 shotguns also counting winchester... Remington(flashlight),M1104 or some such and winny^. Could always check the DayZ wiki. http://dayzwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Weapons

    Quiver to the toolbelt

    I posted some time ago about putting bolts on the tool belt. Since hatchet and flashlight was moved there bolts would make sense. To design a quiver/magazine would probably just mean a more overall change to the crossbow. (as that is the only way to add/code it that I can imagine)

    Camo?

    I believe it's safe now. I've put on a Gillie suit in a new life and haven't had anything dumped. Occasionally went civ cloths for residential areas and eventually ditched civ cloths to stay gillie. Not once was I soaked.
  8. never use a secondary for PvP. Your usually dead by time you have to pull it out. Primary I PvP and Secondary I Kill infected in my path. so M9SD. Suppose you could headshot a guy your sneaking up on also without giving away your self as much or luring zombies.

    URGENT!!! Infection needs to be overhauled

    anti may be too rare or possibly never spawning at all? I think zombies are dirty so an infection in a bloody wound still makes sense. Temp is rather easy to handle. Keep drain down to 6000 but perhaps make it so player can recover eventually. =/ or scale back to a cold eventually then recover or get worse again?

    New system for broken bones

    A custom skin for a splinted leg might be to much still. (I think? perhaps a wood piece sort of holstered might work...) Also zombies already knock down players more easily the lower their blood level. Setting up a splint system for it would be unnecessary detail to code I think. Above suggestion might be a possible 2nd morphine idea... That's about it though. =/

    I don't believe tents are ever removed upon death... Haven't been able to test it out my self though.
