    1.05 Bleed Rate is Ridiculous

One aspect of the 1.05 update that I'm surprised not any of the community and YouTuber's are commenting on is the updated bleed rate. I like the idea, as it puts more urgency and pressure on players to apply first aid faster and consider patching up mid-gunfight rather than waiting til the dust settles and it's safe, as this adds more realism and difficulty. However, the issue is that if you suffer injuries that require 4 bandages or more to stop the bleeding, you will bleed out and die before you can apply 4 bandages even if you start bandaging immediately after the injury, and with 3 'cuts' you will just barely survive with a flashing red blood level. This is unfair and unrealistic. If you survive an injury but begin bleeding and are able to apply first aid immediately/very soon after the injury, you should be allowed the opportunity to survive. RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS: 1) adjust the bleed rate down enough to allow any level of bleed to be stopped if first aid is applied immediately/very soon after OR 2) keep the bleed rate the same, but add other medical devices that are faster to apply or stop multiple levels of bleed at once, similar to what exists for combat first aid today: - Tourniquet: Multiple possibilities. Stop 2-3 levels of bleed at once and applies very quickly, or make it reduce your bleed to 1 regardless of how many levels of bleed suffered and application speed is the same as a bandage/rag (maybe require additional treatment such as removal of tourniquet before a certain amount of time or more health problems occur just like real life) This could be a less common item to find compared to bandages/other common medical items. Found only in hospitals/medical facilities and more often in military bases. - Hemostatic agents such as Celox or QuikClot combat gauze: basically an upgraded rag/bandage. Stops 2, maybe 3 (whatever seems more balanced) levels of bleed at once and applies at the same speed as a bandage rag. Rarity similar to tourniquets: less common to find in hospitals/medical facilities, more common to find in higher tier loot areas such as Northwestern medical facilities or other military facilities. TLDR: Adjusted Bleed rate is too OP. 4 cuts or more and you die before you can stop your own bleeding. Either slow the bleed rate to allow survival, or add more medical items that stop bleeding faster/more effectively similar to military combat first aid items in real life.

    1.05 Bleed Rate is Ridiculous

@amadieus as @ThePugman said it happens often in PvP, and can also happen if you get caught up in a decent horde of zombies by accident; We've all been there where we thought there were only 2 or 3 and there were many more lol I like the discussion so far though. If the Devs are reading this, I think the overall recommendations as of right now are 1) leave the bleed rate where it is 2) lower the blood level at which you die giving you slightly more time 3) buff bandages: either fast application or heal 2 cuts per bandage, or both 4) add some new higher tier combat first aid items such as tourniquets or hemostatic gauze (QuikClot) - Tourniquets reduces all bleeding to 1 cut, hemostatic gauze heals 3 (or whatever seems balanced, let's brainstorm more ideas)

@ThePugman Great idea with the bandages being faster and healing 2 cuts! I believe that would better balance it and make bandages worth carrying. If they did that and also added an additional rare item or two like tourniquets that reduce cuts to 1 regardless of how many you have and maybe QuikClot or a similar hemostatic agent that heals 3 cuts at a time that would bring a better balance to the system.
