    Willi - Thanks for the infomation. We have had a number of issues with cheaters in the last few days - This said however, we are doing everything we can in an attempt to remove them. Until we have a program that is relaible, im afraid this is reality for the time being. I have checked the logs at the times you reported a problem, and have idenitifed what appears to be a number of potential cheaters - These will be sent to the Day-Z Dev's to look into. In the meantime, please continue to play in our server with the knowledge that we are doing everything we can.... Thanks, -Vinny-

    Hi Tarzan/Kowalski Thanks for the information on this - Fortunately, at the time of the incident we had some members playing also that can quantify exactly what you have said here. Rest assured - Collectively between the admins, we will be checking to logs to try and ascertain who this was, and we will report the GUID and player name to the Day-Z devs to take a look at.     ^ Agreed Entirely. There is no logical reason why we cannot be kept updated - And in all honesty, if you cannot keep up with the demand, quite simply stop taking orders. I placed an order yesterday, and Vilayer happily took my (And my friends) hard earned cash - In return, we have an server which is not playable on, and shows in the server listing intermittently. The server has been on an off all day, and in fact today - Its gone from ACP all together..... 'We provide top quality 24x7x365 technical support via Helpdesk and 8x7x365 by Phone. If you contact us via any of the options we choose, your issues can be solved within minutes. Even the most complicated of technical issues are guaranteed to be back online and running within no time at all.' No evidence of this at all - And as I have already said, I sympathise with Lee and his recent surgical procedure, but if it was every envisaged that the demand could not have been kept up with orders should have been halted until they dealt with the backlog. I will wait a further 48 hours, and if I get no answer to my tickets I will be requesting a refund. -Vinny-

    Are you serious? I ordered my server days ago and its STILL PENDING! This is really taking the piss now -.- Oddly, Yes I am serious. Once again - I ordered my server less than 24 hours ago, and was sure others had been waiting longer. I am not trying to compare my situation with others, just venting my frustration, given my specific set of circumtances. Its worth noting one more time that my server was awaiting an update and in the server list, and this morning its offline and I cannot get it online - As far as I am concerned, it is a warrantable reason to contact Vilayer; Even more so considering there '27/7' support.... I am happy to wait 3 weeks for the server to come online if that is what is required, I would however like to know what timescale can be expected (And obviously a refund for the time it is not online). -Vinny-

    To all Vilayer LTD Customers

    I ordered my server yesterday and it was set-up immediatley. However, from 5.30pm yesterday until I logged off (11pm GMT) it was showing as creating game. I am led to believe this is becuase I need to be given a Mission ID - Can anyone confirm this for me ? Whats more than frsustrating is the 'Sales' tickets were answered instantly - I submitted a ticket last night, asking for confirmation as to when the server would be up and thus far have had nothing back at all... To add to these frustrations, this morning (a 5am GMT) my server is down, and does not even appear in the list..... So far, I am unimpressed with the service - Yes, Ive only had my service since 5.30pm GMT yesterday and I know you guys have had your services effected (by the looks of things) a lot longer than myself, but the information on the website suggests they have 24/7 support, and this coupled with the way my 'sales' answered my question's were why i decided to go with Vilayer.... We live and learn - I hope the free week applies to EVERYONE owning a server with them ? -Vinny-

    Spawning in Barren Wasteland?

    In the end I ran for 50 mins East as suggested and still couldn't find anything. I re-spawned, and the game worked for circa 10 mins - I was shut in a room and couldn't open the door. Logged out, logged back in and hey presto back in the wasteland again. Every-time I attempted a re-spawn I get no 'You are dead' screen - Just re-spawn exactly where I was before.... I am more than grateful for the support that Rocket and his team has devoted to this mod, but it is now getting annoying that there is no 'Offical' fix - Yes granted, respawning fixed the issue temporarily, but id like to play for a little longer than 10 minutes. Ideally, this needs to be looked into by the mods and the reason for it happening needs to be addressed. Until then, I wont attempt to join again, its just too damn annoying !!!! -Vinny-

    Magnet, Thanks for your reply - Although I appreciate your suggestion that the 'answer' is in the sticky at the top of the forum, it is labelled 'Regarding Genders, Skins & Teleportation.' This is a term I do not associate with my problem or issue, so did made the assumption it was unrelated, or related to another issue.     Spawning in Barren Wasteland?

    Hi Guys, Whilst I really appreciate the input from some of the community members on 'work arounds' for this bug, I must admit I am a little disappointed that we have had absolutely no feedback at all from the Dev's. Granted, the game is at Alpha stage and bugs are to be expected but I cant help but feel that this issue specifically is being ignored or not looked into - I have no doubt in my mind that the Dev team are excruciatingly busy with hotfixes, server stability and the like and thus far I feel the game has had more than enough support. The recent developments of the game itself have impressed many of the community and I'd like to be part of it, but without an 'official fix' for this problem many of the community are being left out of the excitement !!!! I have heard that the 'running East fix' can take anywhere between 5 mins and 4 hours depending on where you spawn - I would simply rather wait for an official fix before potentially getting killed when I re-enter the map. Rocket and Team - Please can you give us some feedback on this issue, is it being looked into ? Thanks !

    Hi Guys, Out of interest is there an offical fix for this issue yet ? I am yet another one experiencing the 'Wastelands' (Not the forrest) - I see lots of bug fixes addressed in patches/hotfixes but nothing that adressed this issue specifically.... I have tried to play in a number of servers but to no avail - Rocket is this being addressed or being looked into ? Thanks all, -Vinny-
