    Blueshirts posted a question in Troubleshooting

    I've contacted Microsoft about this, went through ALL troubleshooting with them. After no success, they suggested I contact the developer....which to be honest, I have a feeling won't be much help. Anyway, is there a fix for this? Has anybody else had this issue and if so, if you fixed it, please share how. Thanks
