This^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Exactly this. I figured i would try dayz on pc because im done with it on console due to shit servers, bugs and glitches, and ghost bullets. That and some friends of mine who also gave up on console said that the pc version was “better”. Anyways, I downloaded it on pc the moment it was available, sat in a queue of 16 for over an hour, and was able to play just long enough to loot half of solnechiy before recieving a no message received kick. Tried joining in again and was placed in queue again, this time 41. So i went to bed. Checked randomly throughout the day yesterday and every time was placed in a queue of 40 or better. Way to go BI, you have once again amazed me with your incompetence and lack of foresight. Like fuck would i ever give you guys another cent, id rather see you go bankrupt for selling a broken alpha version of a game and calling it 1.0. SHAME SHAME SHAME!! Lol Oh and ftr, im sure the nmr is just a bullshit mechanic to keep the queue moving and has nothing to do with actual network disruptions!

This is exactly what i would have expected from this company! Nothing against the poor devs remaining on this project but Bohemia Interactive, like every other game company out there, only care about profit, no concerns of quality what so ever. They take a game that should still be in alpha, not even beta honestly, and throw a 1.0 label on it, collect a bunch of money and then instead of dedicating themselves to fulfill their commitments to that game, they take away much needed resources and put those resources into “another project” and leave the initial project on life support until it eventually dies. Its sad really because there is no competition for a game like dayz, it has so much potential that will never come about because there is no money in “fixing” games, and there is no repercussion for selling unfinished products. They move on to the next money maker and as soon as they milk it they surely will abandon it half finished for a new cash grab. Feel bad for the remaining devs but hopefully this huge failure will show BI that they cant do it with such a small team left to work on it and hopefully revert their decision and put the team back on it, im doubtful but heres hoping! Oh yeah, would it really be that hard to have test servers so they can use the player base to test their updates seeing as how they clearly dont have testers, CLEARLY!!!! I remember making a joke offering up my squad to test for them 😂 on here months ago before 1.04, due to them dropping a shit patch and they gave me a warning for being unconstructive!

Still beyond me how they claim this to be full release??!?!?!?! Quit adding useless things and fix the real issues, like the freezing, the hiccups, the repositioning(on foot and in cars especially), the duping, and the over exagerated crap vehicle damage. And if you are going to add things.............. wheres my bow and clothe crafting and dyeing? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hey guess what??? It happened again, your dumpster fire of a game crashed, log back in and im a fresh spawn. Yay Get rid of the 15 second timer to log off, that way when it crashes your just gone off the server. What a joke

If you cant make this hot mess pos work properly can you atleast make the cars so they dont take damage? In the last hour ive ruined had two olgas, the first being a stump at the edge of a field at 15 kmh, and the second i dont know because your pos game crashed on a long straight stretch. When i loaded back in, ruined. Is it possible to make it when you crash that the car just stops instead of carrying on? Get rid of the 15 second dumb fukn countdown. Its gotten me killed so many times. Even when walking and all of a sudden you hear zombies in the distance agro, then you start taking damage, so you turn around just to see the zombies hitting where you were 30 seconds ago. Not a fukn thing you can do other than log and hope you survive the 15 second bullshit countdown. Wtf bohemia?

Nah, password protected private server of my buddies, were setting up a trade centre before we open it to the public. Like i said, i got kicked for a reset and logged back in 2-3 minutes later, ada was gone. M4’s, lar and vss have been sitting about a week, lights and generators about 5 days. Annoying as fuck to loot like hell for days then find your stuff disappearing....... kinda defeats the purpose.

Private server

So i load in today, after last night finding a complete ada 4x4 and loading it up with barrels and what not for my base, anyways i get to my base to discover 6 lights and 2 generators are gone, yet the extension cords are still there. So im grumbling away, unloading a bunch of my gear into the base when i get kicked for a server reset. Well i come back and my ada with my new vss and ak 101 and car tent in it is gone.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Anybody else having these issues? And for the record, my 2 olgas, 2 sarkas, and 2 gunthers are still here, and most havent been touched in a week. Wtf bohemia?? Edit- Honestly dont even want to play anymore, just went and looked through my tents for an inventory check, Missing my 2 m4s, 6 standard mags, my lar with 2 mags and my vsd are gone. Fuck this! ✌️

Just as the title states, what is it that decides whether you get knocked out or get instantly killed? A few of my squadmates always seem to get lucky and only get knocked out where as i havent been knocked out a single time in countless instances. Also every single person ive shot ive had to finish the kill when they start getting up. Is there any reasoning behind this or is it just random luck? Edit- for the record, the whole thing is stupid as hell, everyone should either get knocked everytime, or just outright die everytime. This random shit is dumb af.

Haha, yeahhhh..... was a bit cranky lastnight as i got called in to work on my day off and it just so happened to be the day of the update, then after dying due to the quick drop item change and sitting in queue again i had some time, and things only came to me one at a time! Was right proper worked up about one thing then i would post a complaint about it and feel a little better, only for something else to pop up! Its okay, rant over!! 😤 Oh and ive only been playing a few months, but prior to this update we were spawning with a soda, some rags, a peice of fruit and a stone knife.

Ohhhh another thing. Why did you change the freelook zoom? Its now a pain in the ass to be looking around in free look then try to zoom in on something and zoom back out without my camera recentering. Before it was double tap LB, and you could hold it feom there to free look around while zoomed in, then again double tap to zoom out and hold!to remain in free look at what you were looking at. Now you have to triple tap and hold to zoom in and freelook and its harder to keep on target. Who even tests your updates? Have they ever played the game previous to the update to be able to acknowledge unintended changes? Do you need testers? Me and my guys are down to test things out for you! 😂

Why did you remove the soda and stone knife from freshly spawned charecters?

Why did you take away the drop item feature (hold x)? It still works while in inventory but thats it. Why would you change that, did anybody even remotely ask for that, was it unintended? Wtf BI??

Why do i have to sit in a god damn queue every time even when the server im joining is only a medium population? This is retarded😡
