How can they still duplicate their inventory if the "standing clone" has been fixed AND they don't have vehicles ?

The following method worked for me, I was in the "desert" or NoMansLand. 1) If you're in desert, quit the game, and delete the @DayZ folder. Then install version 1.7.1.4. 2) Make sure you have installed latest Arma2 Beta Patch (ARMA2_OA_Build_93965.zip) 3) log in Canada 2 Server (it's in 1.7.1.4) You will spawn in Debug Forest. 4) when in debug forest with alot of dead bodies, head east. Most of the time you should spawn facing east; Otherwise maybe you'll some other player run, then follow him. 5) when you reach a village, go a bit farther east than the village, then stop somewhere for ~2minutes then logout, quit the game. 6) Re install 1.7.1.5 and connect to your server of choice. You should connect where you logged out.

Same.... It already happened last week after a mod update, made me loose really good equipement. And that first time, I had a GPS. Here were my displayed coordinates : 812 - 895. This time i've emailed the devteam, and i'll be waiting for the eventual hotfix or next patch to log in and see what i can do. If at least I can run back to the map and THEN my position gets saved, that will do.

I registered just for sharing the pleasure of learning that I'm in the FKP Clan. Sadly, i'm not. I'm part of the CPC community, yes; But is this a "Clan" ? wow..hmm no sorry. The steam community page is open to the public since day ONE, so even you are welcome. :) And if you think you killed me yesterday (monday), maybe you did, but then it must have been in Cherno or Elektro. Because firstly I don't know the location of the cpc camp. In fact I don't know the location of any kind of camp on the EU9 server (or any server). So no i've never been to the CPC camp. Then you clearly can't have killed me over there. I won't detail the reasons why you also can't have seen me with a "top tier" weapon, but your message made me laugh quite hard, so thanks. I've respawned around 10 times yesterday (monday), and the best weapon i've had was a AKS Cobra. You must have thought I was part of the group you saw because i'm friends with other CPC on steam. But without proper proof you shouldn't have justified your accusations by including me.
