    I am also looking for the answer, but more specific one. My server restarts every 4 hours (12,16,20,00,04,08) via task scheduler. I want my server to send out notifications in 30,15,5 and 1 min before server goes down to all players online, how can I do that? How do I let the server know when exactly to start this messaging? I can guess that it can be done via messages.xml but I have no idea how to let it know when exactly to start messaging (i.e. at 11:30 to warn players that server will restart at 12:00).
