Well you see, when someone is has nothing smart you say, he must then turn to some other means of "wining" the argument, and cause he didn't have anything else, he turned on my English, gotta love the kids.

So how this affects you "hardcore" players in any way? What does it bother you that someone wants to respawn near some big city? Especially now that zombies have better senses and are still a bit buggy specially on the hearing (i've aggroed a zombie 10x crouch running through the building and zombie was like 20-30m from the building). So you spawn in let's say on Krutoy kap which is nowhere near anything of interest, and you will still head to elektro no matter what... chances of dying on your trip are pretty much none if you're smart and run thorough forest, so you just have to run for 5-10 minutes and then arrive at elektro, cause you wont visit any small villages since loot in there is crap and there are milion zombies who aggro like hell. SO what you have there is just killing the game and not affecting it positively in any way.

Awesome work mate! Though a bit misleading end, dayZ is free but arma isn't. But other than that very nice work!

I managed to get it up to 50-60 in forest/buildings but still 30-40 in town :(

Also there is one more problem with breaking bones, and that are zombies, i had my leg broken by zombie at least 20 times, in 1.60 it wasn't that often but now they break it on sight. The biggest problem with this is that u basically have 3 towns where u can get med supplies... and that's all if you're somewhere far away from cherno/elektro and u spent your 5 morphines cause u glitched 3x once you got hit by player and once by zombie and had your leg broken, well pretty much you're fucked... you have to crawl for hours or have your friends walk for hours. Worst thing is all you need to do is pack up on morphine, get a full backpack of morph and you're good to go, so basically it adds nothing to the game except the bore of having to crawl, especially since it's mostly glitches you break bones to. And also why zombies who hit you in the head break your leg? Bullets hitting you in the leg is fine mechanic i don't mind it, but zombie hitting you in the head... and jumping down from 2m ....

I think biggest problem with Zombies now, besides zig-zaging which is just ridiculous, is those heightened senses. I watched a stream the other day and guys drove a bus. It had same sight/hearing properties as a human who runs in this patch. I love the new escape mechanism but it's still needs work. -

I have to agree with March, i had my leg broken by a zombie or bugged up stairs/ladder texture last 3 times i played, and i had collected some nice gear by then but no morphine, so i crawled for like an hour to Cherno hospital, plus agroed a bunch of zombies from like 50 m while crawling trough grass (i guess this is a bug cause it doesn't happen regularly). Any how my point is when u manage to fix ladder/stair bugs that break legs, and zombis breaking your leg on first hit (didn't just happen to me, saw it on a couple of streams also), bring back that one pack of morphine. I don't mind starting with this, it's even kinda cool, except for water bottle since coke/pepsi spawns are still kinda bugged. Just till you clear out this bugs cause it's really annoying when u have to crawl for and hour cause you stepped through and bugged up texture. And about this alpha issue, that's a bit of a defense mechanism by Rocket for everything. There is a reason why alfa is played usually by a thousand or couple of thousand people and 250k. Some games don't even have open Beta, let alone alpha. And if you want 250k ppl developing your alpha you then have some responsibilities, and this is why Rocket is releasing hot fixes every day. But also why all these whines are necessary so he can know what doesn't work. -

Mechanics are not designed to be balanced = If you have a team you're an imbalance, you managed to surpass some game problems by joining in a group and thus also making a social experiment. 2. Even team of 5-6 people with vehicles can be wiped out completely by one sniper, grenade, or just well positioned guy with a rifle. I've experienced this and also seen it on a stream. And that's exactly the point where u punch a screen. Not to mention that can also happen while a team guards the body. And if you watch streams a bit there are not many people doing that unless they are in a forest or some remote place where there are no many people. If their mate dies in a town or some high risk place they just pick up what they can and leave. Just other they i watched these guys who had a bus. And they were driving between cherno and elektro picking friends up, so these 2-3 guys make and ambush on a petrol station and killed one and wounded 2 more... Guys body droped from bus (and he was fully geared) and they just drove off and didn't look back, and started looting again for him to get equiped. So all that's not bullet proof. Nothing is indeed in this game. You have team, snipes, gillies, bus etc. And them boom ... all gone... cause you were not careful enough, which you really can't be since there are too many dangers lurking about. Even with teaming up guy with longest survival time only survived for 115h. So none had yet made a whole week alive. Also even if you don't have a team you can be geared up in 10 minutes by pure luck. I for instance killed fully geared up guy with a makarov cause he spawned in front of me. Cause he lost connection with server prolly and dced on the street. And one time i spawned rly close to Firstation in cherno and get insane gear like right away. I'm talking AK, Nvg, bino, alice backpack etc. Well it wasn't all from firestation some i found in church. And other times you can't find shit for hours. It seems to me more and more when i read these forums that all the people whining about this group/clan raiding are the ones who can't do that cause they don't have friends playing DayZ rather then those who don't want to play like that cause it's too easy.

He must subscribe to this, because if you don't keep people playing you don't have the game any more, well you do but it's pointless. I presume that what he thinks by anti-game is the sole nature of this game, which is different to majority of the games, which is that you can't beat this game, you can't win. Only thing you can do is last as long as possible. Where is other games there is clear goal and clear victory. Here every little aspect of the game is goal, find food, find water, find ammo, transport etc. It's kinda like Tetris, u can't beat it but it keeps you going by getting better and surviving more...

I really don't see the point of all the "hardcore" people whining about this, and saying how they don't care about equipment and stuff but only about experience of playing. If you really don't care about any of those why do you care if i get my equipment back in 10 mins cause i'm playing with friends? And the beauty of this game is that there are so many ways of playing it, and all you people do with suggestions like these is try to narrow it down to your desirable settings. If you really don't care about dying, and equipment but just the sole experience of not knowing what's gonna happen next, don't geared up teams add to suspense really? If there are very little geared up people on the server you have a lot less to be afraid from. My point is if you don't want to be geared up and play with friends just don't, and let other people have their fun, i don't see why it bothers you what someone else does.
