    I don't think you can set the rules for your server. I mean, you can setup some rules between you and your friends, but if you change the server's code it will not be approved and will not be listed. I hope I'm not right, but that's what I've heard.

    That's right. Sometimes moving just 10 cm left or right helps. No need to walk far to another place.
