Hackers are prevalent in every game and especially the ones that are popular or active, there is no way around that. It is not Bohemia's fault that is just the nature of playing on a PC and you are going to encounter someone cheating and ruining your day. If you want zero issues with cheaters play on Xbox. -
According to the Dayz twitter "We are still committing to the release cycle as already promised and expect 2 more this year." Thus far only 1.07 and 1.08 have been released. This seems odd considering they have stated "which leaves us currently at 5 Game Updates planned for this year." after they released 1.06. I am aware of how things have changed but this is confusing to have to read a reassessment of their priorities over twitter.

You are right, I think it was even Inside Xbox that said of playing the Early Access on Xbox that it had run a consistent 60fps. Still....I am just going to get the new xbox and be done with the technical issues.

If I didn't know a wee bit better I would believe that it would be called the Varga. I always hear about people complaining about the lack of M4s or KAs but it does not seem to stop nearly every person I run into from carrying one.

I realized from a post on the Dayz reddit the amount of vegetables/fruits you would need to eat to sustain yourself for a extended session is ridiculously alot. I am not even sure the point of gardening anymore.

O I know about the over promising. Like I said though it's more about the events of this year what with the time left in the year, a third update would probably put them past their Christmas vacation. That or it was just a mistake which would be great if the clarified the timeline on what they are still able to accomplish.

There are still issues with dysync, items being stuck in tents and barrels, bases having issues with barb wire on their gates (last I checked) not being able to reach the lock or cutting them before they can and just the overall balance to their health. Not to even mention the difficulty of setting a tent in the woods.. Containers and basing need to properly fixed first. I still would not mind if they reduced the lifetime of wooden crates and drybags to a week, maybe it would stop people from burying 20 crates of useless crap.

Yea...Knife, bones, rags to rope. Literally all you need and there is more than enough water to fish....I heard you can even fish in water troughs or wells now...One of the problems is that people push inland not under-prepared but ignorant of the towns, cities and wild-game around them. I learned that certain spots will always spawn a goat or sheep in a area so there is always food around when I go to that area. I imagined people get turned around in circles and loose more time navigating. -
Non Persistent servers are a good place to find them....because putting buildings in a server that could shut down anytime without notice is a bad idea....compared to stashing weapons in them that takes little resources and is generally easy to get to and move out if a shutdown is imminent.

Reportedly the twitter suggests that some item dysnc will be fixed but not all, if that does not reflect what is happening in the experimental I would say that there will still be fixes specifically applied after Stable goes live....However you never know what is going to happen with new stable releases, I hope that with this initial exp console release that at least half of the issues are fixed.

Bugs: Some stuff is disappearing from containers after relog. Bugs: If you put your weapon away in the hot wheel and go into inventory immediately and try to go down it will get stuck at the top. I don't know if it is intentional but every time I zoom in with LB and immediately press it again I will zoom out. This also happens with other actions. I do have a personal issue with inventory taking a second unfilled row whenever 5 items are inside a jacket/pants ect. It doesn't make it harder to get to stuff below or above it but it makes it harder to see. And a suggestion finally :). I miss being able to change my left and right views without having to aim my weapon. Maybe if you held down RB with the hot wheel open and pressed LB to just change the left and right view leaning or not we would not have to aim our weapons to change it. Thank you so much

Questions about mods and next gen consoles

I believe Bohemia clarified this in a twitter post that if it is backwards compatible there should be no issues. In regards to mods, some people say that it will need a storefront to download those mods à la Fallout 4, but that doesn't mean Sony or Microsoft would support it. MS might but Sony may not as as in the case of Fallout. Bohemia promised 'greater freedom' but I think that just means greater control over the server not something you need to download.- 1 reply

Hello. I was wondering about posting messages in my server with Nitrado on consoles. It is entirely new to me, I was wondering how to send a Repeat message. This is what I see in Nitrado's config settings but I am not sure how to go about editing this properly. Any help would be appreciated.
