I found a fix!! Go to settings and then video and change your output resolution to 1080p. It totally fixed the cursor being off position.

The thing is I've watched people stream on console using a mouse and keyboard and they don't have this issue. I was hoping you had found a fix. If I find anything I'll let you know. Also what keyboard/mouse are you using? I'm using one I purchased off Amazon, Red Dragon S107 gaming keyboard and mouse.

I'm having the same issues. The one that is most irritating is the cursor being "off" from what you're trying to "select". For myself the variance is so great that it is sometimes impossible to even grab anything from anywhere but the vicinity. Have you perhaps found a fix for this yet? I'm on a PS4 Pro with an SSD.

Is "stopping" when bringing up the weapon wheel a bug or is it supposed to function that way?

It doesn't make sense why if I'm running away or toward someone my character can't switch to a different gun without stopping in place. -
Generally speaking high population servers are most likely to be daytime as most folks log out at night. I'm guessing you're selecting low pop servers, try medium or high population.

It's crazy how different out experiences are. I played for the first time yesterday and expected to die numerous times already but I'm at least 5 hours in and still on my first character. The two people I met were friendly and we had a little chit chat then parted ways. Once I got used to the user interface and having to use my "hands" for everything it started making more sense. I'm trying to do things on own and not look up info or maps because this early time with these kind of games is always my favorite. Took me almost two hours to kill and cook a lamb over a fire but I finally succeeded. Hang in there man sounds like you just need to get used to the game.
