    Connection Failure

Howdy Dooty, Im, trying to set up a server on a pc, for dayz. I have been all over the internet, forums, guides and for the life of me, I cannot get by the Connection failure for unknown reasons. Everything that i found said to make sure the version are matching, and they are. 1.03.151507 on both server and client. I also tried the experimental branch as some documentation i found referred to being on experimental, but that seemed to be when it first launched and i was sure it applied to 1.03. I have configured the files according to what was in the guides, and i have configure both my firewall and router to allow the ports suggested. I have other servers running (ark, minecraft) that use port forwarding so its not a foreign concept to me, i have configured the ports on the firewall on the windows machine. When I launch the game on my gaming pc, hit th community tab, and i see my server, by the name i called it, so that works, but when iI hit play it comes back to connection failure, unknown reasons. Does anybody Have any insight as what i could be missing, or point me in a direction of a good resource. I'm cant seem to find anything in any logs that would suggest a reason. If anybody can point me to those files that would be great, i did fine a rpt file in local app data, but neither the client or server side seemed to tell me much about a connection attempt, which in my head points to a network issue, since it would be reaching the server to try to connect. This is going to end up being something dumb that i'm missing for sure. Appreciate anybodys time on this, thanks.
