I think he meant he only chambered a round and then scoped in so he didnt have to pull the bolt. Have you tried holding the trigger after a shot? Not 100% sure but give it a go.

The American helicopter which should spawn m4s does smoke. It is slightly smaller and you are unable to get inside of it. The larger Russian heli which should spawn the ak and vsd does smoke and you can crouch walk inside a side door or through the back. I say they should spawn these items because those pesky dupers everyone complains about. While you most likely wont find any good weapons there you can still find military clothing and tents along with weapon attachments.

I just knocked someone out in vmc, handcuffed him, and started bandaging when I crashed. Shown here When I logged back in him and his buddy were ready for me. RIP me I'm not sure if this was done intentionally by them or somehow bandaging the guy while he was handcuffed did it. I have never crashed before so that's why I'm bothered by this.
