All the devs can really do it patch out all current ways of duping but saddos will always find new ways.

The simple option would be make it so only crowbars can be used to break walls, decrease their spawn rate and increase time it takes to break walls.

We can't use any of that on Xbox. Have to wait untill it's added.

I know when private servers are released we will be able to password-protect them and the devs have said they plan to add the ability to whitelist in the future but would really like the devs to release whitelisting sooner rather than later because although we can ban people from the server by not giving them the password there is nothing stopping a friend giving them the new one so there is basically nothing we can do to really ban players.

Yea that's exactly what we are hoping to achieve. It's a big task but we are hoping the players wanting to play the game right stick around.

My group have a server and are perfectly happy being killed, it happens enough 😂. All we are enforcing is no cheating.

Because both versions share the same database. If they update Xbox they have to update the database to 1.04 aswell and PS4 players won't be able to play because their game version won't match the database version.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is some contract in place stating that the console versions need to update at the same time so neither console looks bad if it falls behind.

Being a fanboy is for children. Your right Sony could have found a problem that Microsoft don't care about but Sony have previous for rejecting updates for stupid reasons like needing player names.

I think this is exactly what has happened. I understand that contractually they might not be able to confirm or deny it but we really do need some sort of statement as to why they won't release the update on Xbox.

The guy hosting our server got a notification on the nitrado app and when he opens it, it says the message is no longer available. Could be a random glitch, could be nitrado prepping the servers and jumping the gun with notifications.
