I think it would be great if players were able to do a zombie-walk, mimicking zombies behavior, by activating it as an animation, the same way we do gestures. Think of the possibilities to use it as a desperate attempt to misguide escape other players, or even zombies. Put on some damaged clothing and infiltrate the zombie horde.
