You would think they should know this. Couldn't have said it better.

There are plenty of other games that don't have to server wipe this much. At this rate they won't have a complete game worth playing until their 10 year anniversary.

5 year anniversary and barely works. Something is wrong with this picture.

Please inform people when your going to wipe characters and stashes after we have spent hours upon hours upon hours building them it would at least be nice to know all our progress will be gone.
