    .63 Bad Stutter

    Hello, I've gotten really bad stutter on all iterations of .63, latest patch included. My specs are : RX 580 4gb, i5-8400 turbo @ 3.8ghz, 8GB DDR4 ram, No matter what my settings are the game stutters, any fix?
