I can login as admin,but I put command on chatline /daytime or so it will show it as chat message.What I am doing wrong?Tested many commands,but they all shows as chat messages

I chanced all values to 1.0 so it shoud be ready,but it is not.Also I dont find engine belt anywhere on files.

I test this but spawns only v3s chassis with nothing on,I delete vehicles.bin and no help.Tent asnd barrels stay after delete.

How can I spawn wehicle in specific spot?Also I have not find any engine belt anywhere.It is not in types.xml either.
