    I'm having the exact same problem here, with the added bonus of my character not saving at all.

    Date: 6-18-12 Time: 10:30 What happened: I logged onto DayZ and the first thing I noticed was, there was no sound, I wandered around for awhile, deciding it wasn't a big deal, after walking for about 30-45 minutes I noticed my food/hunger icon hadn't changed at all, I decided to relog to see if it would help, and when I entered the game again, it created a new character from scratch, saving nothing from my previous venture. What was I doing: Wandering around, exploring the world Current Installed Version: 1.7.1.1 Server: US 38 Timeline of events: Started at Kamenka and worked my way north to Zelenogorsk
