    Not a fix, sorry I too have a similar issue. Everytime I start the game, the game will crash with the first server I try to connect to. The second attempt is normally successfull and I can play the game. Quite annoying to tell the truth. When playing on a full pop server for example. If my game crashes for any number of reasons. I will attempt to join a low pop server as if I join the queue of the high pop server, my game will crash as mentioned before on that first connection..
