Unable to reload magazine into a weapon (REPRODUCTION STEPS REQUIRED)

The only thing that I personally have noticed is if the weapon is in your inventory rather than in your hands or equipped when you leave a game. So if my AK-M is in my backpack and I leave a server it glitches and I can no longer reload.
