same issue here with win 7 ultimate and server crashes right after the spawners finish and no i won't update to windows 10 just to have a server and in my opinion windows 10 is trash anyway. if anyone finds a fix for win7 post it please it would be a big help.

tried that as well to no avail it stays the same i guess i will just run it the way i have and let the items respawn naturally.

no havnt changed anything major just a few edits to make more loot spawn but that is about it other than some items that work and were just not added in yet.

yea that is exactly what i deleted and i let the server run for up to half an hour and still does not start and just hangs there. just not really sure why or what is causing it as it will run fine with the original storage files added back in place.

recently tried to wipe all items from my server (made a backup in case something went wrong) but if i start the server after it will start fine but will hang after infectedarmy spawner and i have been unable to figure out why anyone that has had this issue that would kindly share how they fixed it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

tents are very broken atm and no persistance on them.

i run one on windows 7 ultimate and it runs fine so the short answer is yes it will run on windows 7. my rig is a bit older and i refuse to switch to win 10 yet lol but it runs it just make sure it is a decent quad core and good amount of ram and you should be fine.

what i would say is make the nominal 100 and min 80 on all of them as that is the way i have it setup on my server and i am finding a couple per town. simply added to types.xml will make them spawn.

listen to smasht he is right that port 27016 needs to be forwarded also. i had the same issue a few days ago and opening that port fixed it.

i don't think you even need steam to make the server work as i run it on a machine with just a simple .bat file and the server has no need for steam to be running to have it load i am able to log in and play fine. i could be wrong as i have steam installed just not running while the server is running.

@smasht thank you for the direction to look in and i believe i have it figured out to spawn more loot and how to add loot to other areas to have more variety on the map other than having to run across the map just to loot for a few obscure objects.

as the title states has anyone figured this out yet and would be willing to share how it is done thanks in advance.
