How do I get on a server every server I join locks me in database

Hello guys im at work ATM last night I had lost all my gear and turned the Xbox straight off was absolutely triggered tbh, was just wondering if I log on from after the new hotfix update will I have my gear back? Would really love it if someone could give me some info :)
