In their frequently asked questions forum they had said they plan to add base building and vehicles before full release of the xbox one dayz game preview

So, when base building gets added will the servers be independent from each other so that you can only play on one server in hopes that bases won't get overlapped. and so players can't keep server hopping to get loot on low pop servers?
