Im legit not trying to be rude but hear me out. If you are investing large sums of time on loot you are either on low population servers or havent looked into loot routes and maps etc. It took me 3 hours to get black m65 jacket black cargo pants combat boots high capacity vest an m4 with silencer akm with pso scope and silencer and a ton of ammo. Then I got myself a nice little pistol as a "flare gun" of sorts. Ive only played on xbox but after watching a bunch of videos reading the wiki the game is in its current state is only a fraction of what its sopposed to be at so its alarming to see people having a hard time when its so easy to gear up right now. Youtube tactics tips etc and youll last a long time. Wiki gear and their stats so you can have a general idea of your wanted gear for when its finished and farm for that. Practice the gunplay take risks. A pistol is actually more useful in close quarters combat if used right so when you see those campers in berenzino hospital you take a risk and upgrade your gear. If not youve lost nothing. If you prefer to keep away from others I suggest looking up routes to run for loot and watching videos on how to stay out of sight etc. The wipe should only cut you back a couple hours people getting upset need to invest more time in how to play properly it seems. Ill miss my blonde bomshell killer too but oh well on to the next skin to slaughter in

Anyone elses gun broken? Mine were fine all week using quick slot and pressing be instead of a. It reloaded and the clips were fine bullets hit etc. Now the guns only chamber a round after trying to put a clip in for 20 minutes it just doesnt work.

Not only that but now my guns dont reload clips they only reload the 1 round. I tried all the tricks to fix dropping gun sliding into the clip slot pressing b dropping both emptying clip and firing gun. I even tried the work around i was using for a week without a single problem which was put my clip in the quick slot and rather then press a i pressed b and it would reload that clip into the gun. None of them work now not with m4 9mm handgun or akm... great to happen in the middle of airfield

Starting over is great if its deserved. This is early release so idc much as the loots so broken you can get geared in 4 cities. 1 hour or so. Lets us practice guns n such. A few bugs have really ticked me off though the invisible zombies and constant kicks are a hassle

Ive been kicked out of game multiple times in past hour. Switching to a diff server doesnt fix it. In past 15 minutes its kicked me 3 times. Very odd it doesnt say the red message of no connection my interwebs is fine. Seems the servers cant handle something mayve im just too damn sexi

Gotta give credit though I bought both bohemia pre release games and dayz came out a good month or so after and has had 4 updates since the other one hasnt even had 1 so they are definately kicking into high gear for us to play smoothly. Im kinda annoyed by the wipe my blonde bombshell took out 17 bandits and lasted me the larger part of a week but she shall persevere in spirit

Only reason this happens is youve hopped servers too many times. People going to 20 servers looting a small area then going to next server. Ive never been locked for more then 15 minutes from not paying attention. Those saying they are locked for days you must have done some serious server hopping.

You can use the PU scope with the SVD? I thought only PSO scope fit on it

Yes they also log off and log in another server move the guy behind you and then log back in the original server. Happened to me in a 2 v 1 i had them bottled at a doorway and they didnt know what to do so they just decided to try that. Didnt work.

Sounds just like me lol. The bugs are bs thats for sure. My favorite is the freezing that happens randomly since the last update its like hourly. So cant take risks ive been going to log cabin to log cabin in the woods. Wish I had a video of it i just got a lucky heli drop got my svd pimped out run into a building to fight 1 zombie and right when hes 1 hit from dead it freezes I come back fresh spawn. It doesnt ever seem to happen when you dont care if you die and always happens right when its the worst time possible

I found an easy way to make guns work with using b as your reload rather then y. You put a mag in your quick tab slot and rather then press a to put it in hand press b and it will reload the clip you will just have to reslot every time you use the clips kinda uses alot of slots but its a work around for now. I have my melee weapon my 2 guns and 5 clips slotted 1 for sniper and 4 for my closer range means i got 150+ bullets that wont glitch. Has not glitched for me in several days after finding this work around. Y does alot of things so I think thats the problem. If you hold y it goes to next slot rather then putting item away as well. They could use the controller setup a bit differently but thats just me.

If you stand on bunk beds you can see through the roof in many buildings and in tents if you stand on the middle table your head pops out so idk if you get headshotted but you can see the whole area as well. Pretty big bug

Im not sure if im the only one since people dont seem to undersrand the godlyness of the lockpick but does anyone else have the issue of people trying to log in behind you? Like they cant get in so they go into a low pop server move into building and log back into server to try and kill you. Had it happen several times in past day. Squad of 4 just logged in at same time behind me. Dont think they realized your guy logs in a few seconds before you do so its a free kill

You have to reload with b or drop clip and press RT pressing Y to reload messes it up

Finally found someone who talked. I was sketched at first so of course use that amazing lockpick and talk through a locked door lol. He claimed to be leaving so I watched him leave behind a wall only I never seen him go into the woods or through the field so I knew something was up. Unlocked door ran through some buildings and hid in a shack. Sure enough heres the "peaceful" guy who was "leaving" trying to hunt me down. Cant have that so I say thought you were leaving and before he could turn around he was turned into swiss cheese. Sorry not sorry

I find the feeling so much more rewarding when you can speak and part ways this only happened a few times for a brief second hardly geared new spawns. If they have any weapon worth while you go down hard. I was walking through one of the north east coast towns and get instant red screen. Just heard the silenced m4. Theres nothing more upsetting then never seeing it coming. Makes you work that much harder to stay safe next time

Alot of items are rare I didnt see a high capacity vest til I went to the far west military bases. Ive only seen morphine drop once hunter bag ive seen 2 they drop in those complexes in the woods with tiny log cabins

Yeeepp. Even when your peaceful. I locked myself in a building and tried to have a chat with these 2 guys but the moment I start talking they are running around looking for me. They realize where im at as im continuously trying to talk. They proceed to look around town for a lockpick and open the door. I warn them listen ill get atleast one of you I promise. One guy server hops into a room behind me as the other guy comes in the door needless to say they regretted the server hop as the one guys gun broke and the other guy was face down in the dirt. I warned you. Dont gotta always fight i was just there for a scope the rest of the loot was all theirs but nope now its all mine including theirs :p

Its not like the servers are stable to begin with today I got locked out for staying in server until it resets. Waited the hour played a server only to have that one reset in 10 minutes. You cant join your last server if it kicked you so joining the next high pop server is kind of a must. They should roll out the restarts differently. Almost every server you join is about to reset or atleast it seems that way.

Akm silenced with no scope M4 silenced with acog until I get SVD then losing this using the silencer and using pso scope My outfit is flat gorka with green helmet and sunglasses for the glare lol. High capacity vest as its the only vest that gives some bullet protection besides the beefy one. Helmet is heavy as hell though I might get camo or green boonie for more stamina. 1 med bag full of ammo boxes one cooking pot as well for the emergency water (you can fill it with water and the items dont get damaged inside, its also the only quiet drink if your trying to remain silent. Assault backpack its the lightest for its weight capacity and its not that big.

Try the hunter bag a slight improvement and still looks good.

In 3rd person you can pan the camera around but the character moves too. The difference is pubg isnt trying to be realistic DayZ in its current xbox state is only half the game. Right now loot is everywhere so its way easy once servers stop resetting every 90 minutes the gun battles should slow down. Gun fights is only a fraction of dayz. Im still waiting to be held up by a friendly robber lol
