I think I die more from rocks and toilets than zombies these days... pro-tip: don't stand on a rock. It'll move and break your legs, putting you in an infinite fall where you die horribly.

Most unlucky thing? Someone put barbed-wire at the bottom of a staircase and I glitched into the floor while trying to step over it, breaking my leg, falling instantly unconscious and bleeding to death on it.

This would never happen on any server I play on... they shoot on sight.

If I break a leg, I usually take the "Horse Hospital" approach and off myself. Crawling for an hour to get to a town that may or may not have morphine is more of a burden than just starting over.

Enfield is very accurate but makes an unholy amount of noise. I've tracked Zombies from near view-distance with it. Shotgun is a little quieter, but is only two shots with a long reload time. Depends if you're picking your shots or not. Shotgun is a beastly weapon, but the Enfield has significantly more range and actual Iron-sights. They both do about the same damage to an enemy. I'd go shotgun, personally.

Is there a way to make it display my Food/Blood/Hunger in numerically? I never pick up on the slow gradual change of color until it's dark red and I collapse. I should be more observant, yes... but I get sucked into the game and don't look at the color change. :(

I don't think ARMA2 has a direct "Friend" kinda system. As far as I can tell, you just have to find the same server by name.

I've actually tried to hammer Alt-F4 to escape... well, I was standing around... but yeah. Doesn't work for me.

Things can despawn. There's currently a bug with dead bodies disappearing, but their flies not. If there's a brief buzz, that's just ambient flies. Ambience.

Answer One: Yes, bleed out counts as you killing them. Answer Two: Depends on shot placement. Most guns are 3 shots to the body for a kill. The blood cloud can happen and shots not affect the target, however. It's due to server lag and poor hit registration.

Between 4 and 5 for me. I'd sit and wait for things to calm down first. But I would probably be about me and a very small group of people.

Iron-sights of any of the guns. Being an avid shooter, the gun doesn't need to take up the majority of screen space. That aside... the Crossbow.

Also, another thing is that some of the servers have been getting FPS changes. It may not be you but the server you're connected to. It gets addressed every patch, but sometimes there's still issue.

It's not a "Problem". Pvp is a primary aspect of the game. The first post in this forum states to not get attached. The FAQ states that they'll never change it. Any sort of apocalyptic situation will have people going crazy and killing each other. Ever seen Mad Max? Land of the Dead? Dawn of the Dead? The Road? People breed jealousy. They will kill you for your stuff. No ifs, ands, or buts. They just will. Anonymity in the Internet just makes it worse.

Rotary device used to keep from timing out in WoW was useful. Little pencil is a spinner that would tap the jump button.
