MK 48 mod 0 hands down. Same damage as the DMR, M14, M24, CZ500, and FAL but with full auto, 100 round mags and a red dot sight.

Wrong. M240, MP5SD and Rangefinders doesn't spawn at Heli Crashes. Fact.

Because, for some strange reason, it seems that 90% of players go to Cherno or Elektro when they spawn - EVERY time. Sheep mentality I guess. Then they oddly enough get killed and go to the forums and cry. There is NO reason to go to those cities. They would be much better of traveling inland and raiding the smaller cities.

I own an Xbox, and the thought of playing DayZ on it makes me vomit in my mouth. Just a little bit, but still. Vomit.

So fucking what if some of the towns are "dead"? Every place doesn't have to be equally attractive. On a side-note regarding the active cities: I hate when people cry about constantly being killed in Cherno and Elektro by bandits. Here's a tip - Don't go there then. Run to the "dead" cities and stock up instead. Solved.

After the nerf, I'd say the M9SD, no contest. 15 round mag + silenced.

^ This Duping is ruining the survival feel of this mod. I disagree with people saying that you shouldn't get attached to your gear, or character since it's an alpha. It's by getting attached to these that you experience the thrill of surviving an encounter, or the joy of finding a rare item. There are too many people that just treat DayZ as a high-paced FPS shooter, running guns blazing into the PvP hot spots on the map with no fear of dying - since getting geared up at the moment is extremely easy. You should fear dying. You should want to survive at all costs. You should cherish any item you find that will aid you in this. Wipe the tents. That is all.

Does anybody know if Ghillies and Camo spawn in supermarkets, or only in "normal" residential buildings?
