Yeah, Use NL, seems the best connection for me although I joined an LFG and we played US servers due to majority of the group being from there and it was fine for me also.

I'm on the X running through a wireless connection...I think it's just server related issues that are the reason behind it. Nothing specific to your setup, they are actively working on server performance so will get better with time I presume.

I dont get what you mean by 'it said a zombie was killing me'? Potentially you died from other means? Like if you didnt see the zombie and it killed you; I'd honestly of thought you'd report a bug for invisible zeds etc like they haven't rendered in or whatever.

In a group yesterday and we had the same issue. I know fireplace inventory is broken currently it glitches and is kind of iffy to put items in and out fires. You have to sharpen the stick etc which we got done, got the chicken breast cooked and couldnt put the chicken on the stick. We realised that potentially we should of put the chicken on the stick then cooked it but at the time people were dieing and this chicken was literally the flaming holy grail.

Aim with LT, Press RB to switch to ADS, Then hold or press LB to switch between Scope picture and iron sight. (Its either hold LB or press LB to go in to the scope and back out to iron sights, One for each, can't remember but 100% that button combination)

The drop rates are kinda hefty so the first 15 minutes or so of your spawn are the most crucial time; once you survive that its alot easier from there on out pal. Find a street sign and get your bearings; More than likely you will be around the east coast and have a few coastline towns to aid you in doing the above. As people said, find a well it will keep you alive long enough to loot around the immediate area and you'll be able to keep returning to drink until you find a water container. Well's are located at most towns. Food can be anything from berries to fruit to livestock; I really recommend butchering near enough every animal you find until you are stocked on food to move on; granted 1 pig will give you an abundance of steak etc. Once you have a water container amd some basic food supplies you can head inland to gather more substantial equipment. This is where I found the game becomes more fun and less of a chore to stay alive against the elements. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Download DayZ central APP. Has a great map and many tips but the map alone will help greatly if you are struggling.

As you say, Bleeding isn't in this build... Could you confirm for me that sickness/disease isn't aswell? As was expecting maybe something may of effected me by now. Also got purification tablets so wouldn't want to waste them when currently there is no need to (had them in my inventory since yesterday as they will be valuable one day LOL)

Re-thought my opinion on this after several more hours of play.... Basically it comes down to the initial spawn and time there after; its crucial to success. If you get a half decent spawn close to a town or somewhere to loot you're good (or once you have your bearings you know where to go). Once you're relatively equipped dieing to the elements isn't a worry at all. You just have to get through the initial spawn period being pretty unequipped and low on your meters.

Just a quick one... We as xbox users have a right to fair treatment alongside PC users; Same goes for the forums. We should have designated sub sections to post in relevance to our topic; whether bug reports, General discussion or LFG, We should have these subsections so that we can positively report/give feedback in the appropriate manner/place instead of all these random topics posted together. It will only improve the experience for console users as we can actively help you devs to improve and make fixes to the game. Thank you.

There is a few ways to navigate without a map but they can be tricky, need to get your bearings of the area a little.

Surprised they even had a forum for console for so long to be honest. Now its here, You would think there would be some more detailed groupings now and do PS when it releases there.

No, fortunately not yet but its bound to happen. Not every survivor has time for chitter chatter LOL pretty sure at some point I'll shoot before I speak so I cant complain haha

Easy fix...Drop said item for said player in group. Bigger issues are priority for fixing right now

The server issues, like DCs & failed loadings and inventory glitches etc are problems of it being in a GP stage but the stamina etc are how they have made it to be like that. I personally haven't had many issues in game apart from the common issues we know of like inventory etc etc etc Tbf, it runs relatively ok for the 2nd day of GP as other games were much worse on release into GP. My issue comes from the lack of consistency for PC users against Xbox users...the forums are layed out biased towards not giving console as much resources to give feedback and report game issues. I personally think come xmas we should have a decent running GP game on pur hands.

Vehicle's are being brought in to the game in following patches but as for supplies, Yes, they are scarce and our maps being capped to 60 people (yet to see one over 40) i believe the lack of loot is not due to other players taking it but there not being enough there in the first place. On PC loot is massively more available compared to console, why? I have no idea LOL

This is something i majorly agree on. Bluehole/pubg corp plus many other companies have console designated forums for us to use too.Here its just soley one subsection for ps and xbox with no subsections for eithrr console.We need report bug sections, LFG & the rest LOL As for the game being unplayable, fortunately for me that isn't the case so i beg to differ on that. With better sections for console on the forums we can aim to improve the experience for all console players.

Everything will be lost when it leaves GP stage anyway so no matter mate When it turns to a legit game, with in game achievments etc then it will all need replaying! Fun times hahaha

It when the server restarts. Thats why they refresh the servers. Happens every couple of hours, server will shutdown and start back up. As for loot randomly spawning during the server, I think the odd items do, maybe? As ive been through towns that seem looted but find the odd item..so its either been missed or spawned back in; but due to it being in an obvious place id say its spawned back in (or the other player had bo inventory space? lol) But yeah, as for your main question; its when the server would reset.

The initial question was is there a tent/keep his gear offline by the OP; You said no there is no persistence without mention of the tent (this games item of persistence) and about dropped items de-spawning, Which we all know dont save etc. So from my POV all you said was that dropped items dont carry over or save...Not actually answered whether we can find, pick up and use tents as there is different levels to how the persistence would work.
