So.. the mapping just needs to be fine tuned.. i know there is a couple instances where more then one action is set to same button... also the hot key (Right D-Pad) is complicated. (Remove the hold option if you also require a confirm key.) Reaching across or pulling a finger twister to click on what your after out of your hot bar. Yes it does work well but is far from perfect.

I would rather see server reset removed.. there is a self regenerating loot economy in play, which could allow reset to be lifted. I know personally I only change servers when there is a reset, do to being to lazy to try and figure out which server I was just in. removing resets in theory would reduce server hoppers

You try placing the item your trying to micromanage/combine into your hands. have noticed that most combine able items work directly with your hands. also on the micromanage option I’ve only been able to get that to work once and it was by accident with a case in hand. (And I couldn’t get the item back out without dropping it)

So, talking inventory. I can agree on the grid or at least removing the #x# concept for the time being.. but the dragging option could be a great idea if the grid concept was already in effect. Good ideas.. Grid concept should be a hardcore option on consoles to increase that difficulty of gameplay. either way I am here to suggest another key option when looking at an item on the ground. (Inventory {y}) or (to hands {x}) and final but not least a key option to drop something out of your hands to ground without going into inventory.. (Possibly B)
