Hello, As stated in my first reply only members can access the billing center. Since you canceled your account is has been closed therefore you can not access it. That is why your getting the error message.

Jerry, Your CC was not charged so there was nothing to "get back". I can assure you we didn't "want you gone". I don't know where the figures for server cost were taken, Our long time rule for adding multiple servers has always been 15% off. We surely wouldn't charge you $11 more. Hi Jerry, I had a look through the ticket system and read the comments. Your CC payment was declined which you posted a ticket asking for clarification which was given. 42 minutes later you submitted a cancel request choosing "Immediate" rather then "End of billing cycle". At that time your server was canceled and your account closed. The reason you could not access the billing center is because your account was closed. I don't see any tickets deleted (We can log this) I'm not sure about your remark concerning going to your bank getting your money back. You were never charged for the upcoming month (Card declined). This has been discussed in another thread http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/43536-professional-dayz-server-hosting-defconserverscom/ I spoke personally to the client and explained the situation, He has agreed to assist in possibly pressing charges on the person involved.

There's no need jumping to conclusions. If you could PM me your name I will check into it. Any server orders that came in yesterday have been provisioned. It's possible the email just needs to be resent or was sent to your spam/junk folder.

You do know you can go to dayz and get your own server instance ID right? Installing it is simply uploading 1 file to your mpmissions folder. It's not rocket science..

It sounds like your startup command isn't pointing to the beta directory.

I'd suggest contacting your hosting company. That's what your paying them for ;)

Hmm, This is news to me. Being a Dayz Hoster we have the same access to the devs as some of the companies mentioned and there has been zero communication to us in regards to restricting access to FTP or file manager for customers. This "rule" doesn't exist and is simply put in place by the individual company to limit access to your servers for whatever reasons..

So wait a minute. Just 2 replies back Adam mentioned he "just coded your website". Now it appears he's the server admin also? Sounds to me like my earlier assumptions were correct.

I've sent several emails to a number of the team about hosting the mod and haven't received 1 reply back. From where I'm sitting it appears there's only 1 or 2 hosters able to do this. Can you let me in on the secret? Or point me in the direction on who to talk to about this? Appreciate it!

Now I see why they are being very, very tight with who can host this mod.. Seems hfbservers is owned by one of the dayzmod staff.
