A zombie can take multiple bullets to the chest but you should be able to insta kill them with a punch? Seems a tad bit implausible.

This wouldn't curb pking or kos at all. If anything, a person carrying a flag is an even bigger target.

I don't think that pvp needs to be nerfed. It needs to be directed. There should be more of a focus on things like team fighting. Also, newly spawned survivors need to be introduced to each other almost immediately upon spawning for any kind of co-op with strangers to be possible. Think about it, survivor A and survivor B meet and both have weapons. A's chances of survival go up by him shooting B. But imagine if A and B are newly spawned and have no way of defending themselves. Their chances of survival go up by them teaming up at this newbie stage. Sure, you can still get stabbed in the back later once you both get weapons, but it's much much easier to build trust where there's low-no risk, then it would be if both people are armed to the teeth.

I don't actually know anyone who owns a crossbow. Having everyone spawn with one would feel.... weird. -
Having players eyes adjust to the darkness over time would probably be the best solution to nighttime being pitch black. That would also give suppressed weapons better use at night considering they don't have any muzzle flash and can't blind you if you were to fire them in the darkness.

You do realize that any 9x19mm mag can be loaded into an MP5, right? This includes MP5, MP5SD, G17, M9, and M9SD mags. There should be no shortage of rounds for your MP5.

Does everything disappear from your character or from the campfire/tent or both? And does that mean we're forced to continue playing til we find a camping tent or a box of matches? It doesn't really seem like a sensible solution.

I actually find STANAG SD mags alot in the fire stations in Cherno and Electro

While we're on the subject of suppressed weapons, it's kinda interesting that the MP5SD can't use supersonic bullets in the game even though in reality it was design to be able to use them while the suppressor is attached by bleeding off gasses that result in bullets that would normally break the sound wall escaping the barrel at subsonic velocities.

really? i use chemlights all the time since i can carry them around with me and hold a gun at the same time. i use them to raid electro and cherno firehouses and hospitals. -

They actually just added 2 melee weapons to the game in 1.7.1.2, the Hatchet and the Crowbar. Apparently they're really underpowered but I haven't gotten the chance to use any yet since not many servers have updated to the new patch yet since it literally just came out.

Who is telling everyone on the server where the person is though? Also, who gives them the additional gear for the bounty kill? God? The Neighborhood Watch Committee? Is the gear magically transported into the inventory of the killer, or the bounty hunter? It's just a tad bit too immersion breaking for this kinda game. Also, the way a player looks is client-side based, meaning that a person could look different to every person who sees them.
