What specifically are you looking for? I know as an Admin, RCon doesn't really tell me too much in relation to players. I don't handle that stuff on our server myself but I believe BattleEye writes to a text file, logging pretty much everything players do.

I've not noticed an issue with my tents (apart from the increased difficulty of finding a valid spot for them). I have recently placed a tent on a current beta patch server, placed a DMR and several bloodbags inside it. It was all there several days later (the server has been restarting regularily while the admin figures out a good configuration). So I don't think this is a universal tent issue, maybe an issue with saving the tent on the servers you have tried?

In my opinion changing the system so food and drink is no longer consumed offline was enough. Food and water declining while offline is acceptable and easily catered for if you have half a braincell in your noggin. -
Its a good goal for groups to try an obtain a helo. It's a status symbol, its really useful and its friggin cool! Only problem is the unfixable fueltank leak issue, our group is afraid to use our chopper for fear of this... Also people fall out randomly during desyncs...

The devs don't want to reveal how the system works because they don't want it abused. There are no database resets' date=' spawn timers, or set spawn locations. The vehicles are placed on the server at creation by a script that is run by the devs. Last I heard they ARE working on a vehicle respawn script, however as far as I know. It hasn't been implemented yet. I assume they want to solve the vehicle lag issue first.

Never log out without extra food and drink in your backpack, how hard is that to do? Learn to play. -

Solo looting the NW barracks is probably the most tense things you can do. I tend to find a lower pop server at night, crawl to the southen barack, check it out carefully. Once I am happy there are no others about I go about emptying the barracks (slowly so I can hear anyone comming) once empty, leg it to the other side of the opposite building, hit the deck and wait a while (checking for respawns every now and then). It's done me well so far, lately the only death I had from this technique was to a hacker (slayed me, was in a corner, keeled over witn -40k blood for no reason)

The other day I was solo looting the NW airfield when I hear movement outside the barracks I was currently occupying. I proned in the hallway (under the windows and out of sight) waiting for him to open the door so I could turn him into swiss cheese. After a few moments of hearing him run around outside, I keel over dead with -40k blood. No gunshot, no explosion... I have a feeling a hacker used /slay on me :S -

Yeah, vehicles are WAY to fragile. I tapped a fully repaired tractor against a tree and it exploded... ;.;

We had a hacking problem on our server, my squad were attacked with multiple rockets. We brought the server down and sent the logs to the DayZ team.

Alot of what you mention are more inherant issues with the ARMA II engine itself
