    climb up the ladder and immediately crouch and move around the platform, to get down just crouch and falloff onto the concrete wall and then off there keep crouching and you wont get hurt, no need hold s just crouch if you really do want to come back down the ladder then position so your facing slightly left and then keep hold of s, if you get stuck you can turn back to the ladder and get back on it
