Can servers be hosted outside of the USA / Europe?

Great news! I was wondering why i couldny log in to the forum.

A friend spawned on the coast, met another survivor and they went together looking for supplies. The other one beat him to an axe, and killed him. You can find players to team up if you are willing to risk it.

I just kill if: 1) you got a better weapon than me, and i have the chance to kill you 2) for supplies 3) you got too close to me

In most servers i go to, the Balota medical camp has no loot. Sometimes it has a few cans but thats it. Is it WAD? Or im just unlucky and its been already looted clean? I got no problems finding loot at the control tower though.

I did something similar at Balota too :P The guy said peace in the tower over direct chat. I said sure, im comming down (i was upstairs). Came down, he was looting a body so i shot him in the head and proceeded to loot him.

Same happend. It happens if i pick ammo, and it even happend when i picked a compass.

Best is to avoid other survivors. But if they come close shoot first, and ask questions later.

Heres mine: Was at dock area of Porgodorsk (sp). I was about to enter the big building with stairs there, when i saw a survivor leave crouched, he didnt see me. So i was about to shoot him when i noticed my ammo was bugged so my rifle was empty. I watched him go and entered the building. I used the stairs, and went to the 3rd floor catwalks. From there i saw the survivor again walking below, he had a makarov i had a grenade(i had no ammo nor other weapons). He was walking slowly so i talked to him on direct chat, then threw the grenade, he stopped and was blown away :P I rushed down to get the gun before zombies arrived. It was fun, im not into killing but i had no weapons to defend myself.

I have used one, its powerful alright, though is spary damage implemented? Or it works as a rifle?
