I think this is a great idea though to keep people from farming loot I think NPCs and loot should only spawn every restart like heli crash sites? And for the "immersion" aspect, it could be controlled by a bandit element or something? -
The server US 927 crashed/restarted and when it came back up my bike and van were gone. I read on the wiki that vehicles sometimes dissapear during a restart/crash and they come back if you restart it again. I saved them and everything so I think that is the problem. So if an admin of that server reads this please restart it again. Thanks

Saw a huge fire coming from Balota traffic control tower as soon as I spawned. Went to investigate and it turns out the building was flattened into rubble, I then got shot. Could've been a heli.
