What a great list, agree with almost everything, commenting on this a bit late, but it's worth giving it the visibility. I hope most of these gets implemented

Very well made topic, these suggestions are reallyy good, i'm gonna add an extra one to the list: Make dodging better and useful in combat, right now it's super spammable but super useless at the same time, i can't think of a single scenario where i would need to press the Dodge button in melee fight, the animation is so short in terms of the distance you travel when you dodge, and i understand that having new animations is difficult at the moment for the development team, so here's a suggestion, make the character invulnerable to melee/infected attacks for a very small window when you dodge, giving players the ability of timing their dodges to avoid attacks such as the "heavy-attack" from the infecteds, but to balance it, increase the cooldown of the dodge, so it's less spammable, and increase it's stamina consumption.

If you are with your back turned to the wall there is no problem, you should be unable to shoot only if you are facing the wall and are too close to it. If you are in a house, well, i think you should have gave it a though if it would be a good idea to go to combat inside a small house with a SVD in your hands xD Yet, i think if the zombie is too close to you and youre carrying a big gun, i think its ok if you cant shoot, imagine shooting an infected with a mosin, he is right in front of you, attacking you, you shouldnt be really sucessful shooting a gun this big to a target this close that is attacking you, maybe take some steps away. But it should be fine if its a pistol -

I dont know if there is anything like that planned for the new animation system and new player controller system, but i think that guns clipping through walls are rather terrible, even more in a game like Dayz when some times, it can give away your position. I suggest that when the player is facing a wall or any kind of high structure and he's too close to it, he is unable to aim/shoot his gun, he points it down/upwards. The longer the gun, further the player would need to be from the wall in order to shoot. If the player have a pistol, he would be unable to shoot only if he is REALLY close to the wall. If he have a big rifle with a silencer attached to it, he would need to be further away from the wall in order to shoot, making it harder to fight using very long guns in small/closed environments. 1 - Better punching/stabbing animations, if theres one thing i like about that game H1Z1 is the punching animations 2 - Better animations for running up/down the hills 3 - Animation for when you are chambering a magazine with bullets, i dont think chambering mags should be instantaneous, doesnt have to be too realistic, but there must be a penalty for you to be carrying only 1 mag 4 - Jumping over walls, like the zombies does, Climbing high fences, etc 5 - Better jumping over fences animations/system 6 - Arma 3 combat stances ( or at least some of them ) 7 - Animation for using the inventory, maybe something like crouching and putting the backpack in front of the character (like in the Crafting screen of The last of us) 8 - Animation for Grabbing items, looting 9 - Animation for Sewing, Cleaning the gun, Sharpening stuff, Lockpicking 10 - Being able to hit people with the buttstock of the gun and the bayonet 11 - Being able to Kick/Push people 12 - Drag unconscious / Dead Bodies 13 - Diving under water 14 - Better ladder climbing animations 15 - Feelling cold/sick animations 16 - Landing/Falling animations 17 - Being able to Whistle 18 - Injured animations (i know those are WIP) 19 - Animation for fire mode selection 20 - Being able to kick/burst doors 20 - Different animations to craft different stuff 21 - Going up/down stairs animations Thanks for reading and keep up the good work guys!
