Hey guys, iam searching for a server which is Player vs. Zombie based, so without any PvP. Should be a server with a PW and a Community to group up with.

You guys dont get me, you talk about that YOU wont SoS on me, but this is true for may less than 5% of the community. How is it even possible that someone shoot me on sight when i have no weapon? Thats just horrible and srsly no fun at all. And this wont change if the PvE Game wont get any harder, just buff the Zeds till they can one hit us, and iam pretty sure ppl wont KoS anymore, becuz they have some other problems. but nvm, gonna leave this thread now, seems kinda senseless, atleast "Sivart" got me right. hf&gl

Iam not speaking of a server where the pvp ist turned off, iam speaking of a pw secured server where not everyone is shooting on sight, which is actually just shit. Iam bored of this kind of playing, i want the awesome interactive with other players like everyone is talking about from the "good old days".

thats just a wrong way i think. I experienced that i sometimes need a very long time to connect to a server where i can stay to play(or even more worse: try to connect with friends on a server, the more guys you are the less chance to fast find a good server where everyone can connect and play without problems.) So i have to change servers quite often until there is one without loading stuck, version problems, strange visual bugs and no lags or bad fps. Havent really played for weeks now, maybe something has been fixed. But in my opionion it would be much better to create a logout timer, so if you click on disconnect you have to stay for XX seconds in the game and keep playing, or if you ALT+F4 your character just keep staying there for XX seconds. You probably gonna die then if you are in a firefight. Just my opinion here, havent read all the comments iam pretty sure iam not the only one thinking this.

so if there are soldiers with snipers which shot on sight... wont you instant die if you go near this base?

i guess this will need so much more performance to play (snow&footsteps for example), but i have no experience with this so if its possible it would be very nice in my opionion.

It Depends on your playstile. Also an AK isnt that rare like other weapons, so its not the hardest thing to get a new one. You said you use the CZ more because you like to snipe, so i would drop the AK. With the M1911 is pretty easy to kill Zeds, and the CZ for Range sniping enemy players.

i like it, it shows how we need to group up at night, otherwise we would have a very hard time if we dont got a weapon with a flashlight on it!

On the one hand i think there is just to less content to handle with. You can easily survive on your own, even if group up is much more fun. On the other hand its the distrust to random people, if u got something u dont wanna loose u will defend it. First time i found a sniper rifle, i just climbed on a good position and killed everyone i saw (ended up by 15-17 players killed, somewhere on this size). I did it just for no reason so on this i was like a "CoD kid", which just want to get a good "score". And i dont even feel bad for it, bcuz in this 2-3 hours it was just fun to me. But I also have gone the friendly way in DayZ, grouped up with randoms and helped each other. But then we found some other player who called out "friendly" and shot our group down after a short while. So in my opinion most players atm are bandits, for reason which were called alot. Iam sure rocket will keep changing the way of playing and force to get some content to handle so we dont need to just play as distrusting bandits which fear to loose everything again.

Hey guys, just want to ask if the camo suit('s) are still bugged? Last time i was moved to the ocean/debug forest when i wear them. So are they fixed or still broken? thanks alot

Well i think its a good idea at all, some things not as much as other. But you should be able to play as a lonewolf at all, becuz there are many people who just dont want to group up. So there should be some new parts which are just able to handle as a group. Like areas where you cant survive alone becuz of XYZ, and if u try to go there by yourself u gonna die becuz you cant handle it.

try to join another server. Sometimes it happens to me too.

well, its a good idea in my opionion, because rocket said he want the survivors to group up instead of just shoot on sight. And if u are not speaking to your mates it sometimes can be hard to realize where they are or if there is another player near which is not a part of the group. So it would be good if there would be an option like this.

How long does a dead body need to disappear? For example, if i would die in Cherno, how much time i would have to get there to loot my own character? Palim

Moin, ich suche nach einer kleinen Gruppe von 2-4 Mitspielern, um den Spielspaß zu erhöhen. Ein gewisses Grundwissen wäre ganz gut, aber auch kein muss. TS oder skype wäre aber meine Mindestvorraussetzung und auch ein Alter von 16+ wäre gut :D (TS Server kann ich stellen). Bei Interesse einfach posten oder per PM melden. lg

Is it possible to create a second Profile, and have different characters on each of them? So you can play with "buddy A" with the first profile(character), and with "buddy B" wit the second one, or is it not possible to have more than one character for the DayZ mod?:)

damnit, this kinda sucks :( but iam sure there is a reason for it. duuude, that would be horrible for me! It's like "jeah i found some very nice stuff, but tomorrow its gone becuz my brother died with it". kinda frustrating, feel sorry for you! nvm, thanks to you!
