Expand the map - Remove off map camps

well, i say make a new map completely, i know that would tke time, but if you would actually make a map as a whole island, you wont have the problem of people stockpiling shit outside the map, since it all would be ocean of course, you'd need a big area to let people make some tent settlements in the woods where nobody ever gets, but when the server could handle a map 4 times the size of chern, that wouldnt be a problem so far chernaurus is a good map, but it could use so much improvement like more enterable houses, maybe some underground bunkers etc. which all would greatly increase the atmosphere of the game -
I think you should be able to directly drink out of a pond/lake/water pump I know this was once possible and got removed because you were able to drink out of the sea (which is BAD, i know) but recently i found myself in a situation with no gun, no drinks to be found, and of course no water bottle i know you can refill water bottles at lakes and at water pumps, but if you dont have one, i would like to be able to drink directly out of a lake or waterpump before i die of dehydration

well, yeah, you wouldnt, but a survivor in a zombie apocalypse having nothing to drink for two days? figure the answer out yourself of course you could get diseases from drinking out of a lake, better then dieing right away

yeah, i agree to this, but first let them fix basic gameplay stuff before adding new content, fixing zombie behavior and glitchie mechanics is more important

i used the search function for "drink pond lake pup", but the search fnction somehow took forever when i finally gave up and just posted this i just think its hillarious to have a game wanting to be as realistic as possible, but you die of dehydration while standing in a lake

i guess people would just go out and hunt zombies for soda etc. instead of building a fireplace to get water to then find a box of matches (i never found one) , alert every player in 200m radius with the campfire, just to get one bottle of clean water but, if the dev eam would add something like a small hot plate or a water boiler, that would work great

zombies allready carry ammo and stuff around (the military ones, often seen at deer stands) wouldn't be bad at all though to ave new skins

would be a little too hard just to get water then, you cant find two campfires a day, and gettin a waterbottle seems near to imposible anyway since we arent spawning with one anymore what i'd like to see is being able to drink directly out f the pond instead of needing a bottle for it, when near dehydration death, you wont think twice about filling it into the bottle first or even boiling it up...

Zombies need a big fix. (ragarding run cycle and speed)

I defnitely agree to that, zombies are i believe twice as fast as you, even if you go over a fence having 50m way to run around, either the zombie chasing you runs through the fence without any collision, or you get to the other side, and the zombie runs 50 meters in 3 seconds In the current build, getting rid of a zombie means either running to a steep hill, (going up or down doesnt matter, zombies will die of falling damage when going down because of their warping, or go very slowly because of the auto-walking at steep hills) or use the well known bug that zombies are going to a crawling speed once inside a building the ways that i would in real life get rid of a zombie however dont work, for example: I am chased by a zombie, get some meters between me and him by climbing over a fence, and immediately turning around a corner of a wall, going prone, leaving 0 vis and 0 aud, practically invisible AND out of line of sight the zombie still runs to you in his olympic sports speed and begins chewing out your intestines i know many people say zombies need to be fast to be dangerous, but actualy it would be far enough if the zombies would be just a little bit slower than you sprinting Here comes the important part: say, zombies are a bit slower than you (when SPRINTING) think about it: when sprinting, you are (with 1.7.1.5) so f***ing loud that you alert zombies from 50 meters away, but you would be faster and will get rid of them when running into the country side after a few minutes then, we could also make zombies being ale to run in buildings, a tat slower when going upstairs maybe, but when its done that way, people just cant ninja into buildings and survive when theres no gun to get -end of the important stuff however, the warping and glitching through walls zeds do at the moment really needs to be fixed, as soon as possible i also saw a zed running through a part of a wall that you can only prone through, pathfinding also needs to be fixed -
i find it just weird, barbed wire holds of players, but when zombies come, they just run right through it like its nothing, i go upstairs and zeds couldnt come through the door blocked by it, they still come up somehow also, far too common spawn and should only be placeable with a toolbox imho

i dont even know if loot consists of statistical probabilities, but when moving through three towns, mostly prone, and starving and dehydrating to death (since you can not drink out of a pond without a bottle, lol... very realistic) i am questioning the statistical probability, since i had a relatively high sample and still no odds in my favor

I think there are still spawning way to many completely useless things, which then are never collected and never respawn anything usefull I visited a server yesterday, and checked ALL spawns in kamenka and up to zelenogorsk, checking every deer stand I found one hatchet, one compass and all other spawns where tin cans and empty soda bottles and a tire

I guess this is because of the big attention and growing player community, with more players, there are new players thinking this is CoD, and thus new players tend to meet those said run n' gun people, the new players get cautious and shoot everyone they meet to stay alive, devils spiral... the only thing you can do about it is to team up with people over TS3 or skype or whatever, so you can rely on some constant conversation and actually get benefit from being in a group what would make some sense would be a new kind of telling who is killing people constantly, like a second name in the killfeed or actually seeing the name of the murderer when studying the bodies

I find it extremely annoying that everybody just shoots you, even on the beach when you aren't spawning with anything usefull... last day i was shot by someone with a revolver with about 20 zombies around, i had no weapon at all, the zombies didnt even try to attack him! crouch-running has an aggro radius of 30 meters but shooting 15m next to a zombie with a revolver doesnt aggro them... lol well, i respawned near the location where i died and trained zombies to that soab, he died, happy end

1.7.1.4 still drops FPS like a bag of dirt

with 1.7.1 my fps was good actually, had almost every setting on normal, now with 1.7.1.5 its extremely annoying, and since the zombie "search" feature denst work anyways, since they still can sense you through wals when you make a fast turn around one and drop to the ground having 0 audibility and 0 visibility, they still run towards you after turning around the corner like you were standing around upright -
I guess the zombies being so incredibly fast and hard to shake off will get worse in the future, for some different raisins: 1. Zombies cant be shalen off once they aggro, theoretically you can hide, but even if you somehow managed to get some distance between you and them, head around a corner and drop to the ground, they still see you as if you were standing straight up 2. Zombies dont give up, no matter what, the only exception here is either a ladder, stairs or a building, which brings us to point 3. I dont know if it is considered working as intended or considered a bug, but when inside a building, zombies only move very slowly, like being not aggro, there are two scenarios this will get worked out: a)Zombies are also fast in buildings, but will give up after 3km chasing or less (or you CAN actually hide from them) b)Zombies stay walking in buildings, though this makes as much sense as zombies with an orange as a head, and since this is a game concentrated on realism, i dont think it will stay that way no offense btw, but there should be at least a way to get rid of zombies once they aggroed and you dont have a gun

yeah, try to get through a town with not only zombies, but also players, you have to move fast in some occasions, this extremely high volume is just ridiculous, even if we now may get melee weapons, you start off with no weapon at all, and just sneaking half an hour to get a hatchet and then be shot to death is not fun imo at least make crouched moving more silent than running, since visibility is also almost the same as running, crouching becomes totally obsolete also, since getting away from zombies is now nearly impossible, you are fucked once they see you needs a fix
