i dont know why anybody would want to change the type of zombies this late in the game edit: with a map as big as chernarus, you would have to add so many zombies per player, that it would be impossible for any server to calculate visibility/hearing for every single one additionaly, slower zombies would be so much more easy, its ridiculous, and zombies are allready too easy, lets face it -
i like how rocket is better than other developers by not talking around the stuff and instead making clear statements good to hear something from you, better a finished 1.7.3 as a bugged one and i know what game i am buying on christmas

thermal is pretty broken in arma2, since tree leafes and some other things vanish on great range, just like tall grass cant conceal you from thermal, you will still be a glowing head sticking out despite the grass concealment layer thermal is ok if it were as rare as it is intended to, but with everyone duping the weapons like crazy, i dont see why they should be ingame, you only get shot without an idea from where because everyone has a L85

Hiding tents properly is very hard, cherno is not that extremely big at last, Places outside of the map (i am talking Northeast of berezino, north of the airfields and west of zeleno etc.) are well known to have hidden camps, just as well as places like green mountain, northeast stary etc. places someone wont find are really hard to find, i only found one or two so far where my camps never got raided

Duping is one of the worst things n the game, along with hacking, i just hope the standalone will fix those for me, playing dayZ has no motivation anymore, i never duped or hacked, and constantly getting killed by people running around with AS50s and L85s and ghillie just makes no fun anymore -

Solution: Get on a server with private single-server hive People can Alt+F4, yes, but when they come back into the game you KNOW where they spawn, and they are in the game and killable before they can react never saw an Alt+F4er on De85 private, just as i never saw anyone obviously hacking, and ghosting isn't even possible I like private hive servers -

Making a poll here Should all of dayZ be wiped and set back? A lot of people are complaining that with the unlimited ammo and duping that was happening in an earlier version, people ae just to well equipped at the time So, do you want a complete reset of tents, gear, vehicles etc. or not? or just when duping is completely fixed? feel free to post comments

well, when theres no fix+reset, basically everyone will run around with the best gear he can find at all times once he finds a tent if you can think of another alternative, feel free to suggest it

yes, i can imagine both, however making the M107 and the AS50 take up your backpack and primary weapon slot would make sense, since they are equally big to the rocket launcher i'd like to see the M24 getting some more attention and not be frowned up on in dayZ... whenever i snipe with an M24 people keep saying the AS50 or M107 is better because of power, and regarding the AS50 the semi auto fire... and they are right -

the two man team is for basically every high precision sniper rifle to be effective i support the idea that the M107 and AS50 remove your backpack, but then also your other primary weapon they are heavy anti-machinery weapons, just like the rocket launcher, makes sense to me -

you do understand that they are programming a standalone RIGHT NOW? the mod will be updated, but not as often as before, this is common sense if you dont like the way the devs work, just dont buy the standalone except, you will buy it anyway, even if you are flaming here
