Would be better that if you died to zombies then your corpse turns in an AI controlled zombie. If you want your gear back you'll have to kill your (old) self :P

Don't forget your standard army issue FMJ is going to do less tissue damage than say something like a CZ550* hunting round - as the hunting round will have a soft nose designed to cause the bullet to expand on impact. (*merely plucked as an example)

frankly regular and vet server doesn't mean much. I been on vet servers with name tags and map location. Most servers will have things like "3D:ON CH:OFF" (3rd person on, Crosshairs off) but not much beyond that. Only way to be sure is to join and see for yourself :/

I like the fact you've taken a picture of your screen with...a camera phone? :) Any idea which hospital you're at?

On some servers you can flick the mouse wheel, this'll give you a hand pointing down like cursor which will better show up player names/tags. This may also act like a ranger finder - depending on the server.

Well I landed a helicopter at the top of a hill. I turned off the engine, was about to get out when she just started to slide... all the way down into the sea. It finally stopped moving when half of it was submerged. We ran around like headless chickens trying to find stuff to fix it but a few minutes later, ka-booom.

Yeah sounds like our camp. A helicopter had spawned earlier on that island too but turns out I'm not very good at landing helicopters :P Oh well, we've ditched that camp and that server now - so long and thanks for all the loot. Good luck in your endeavour Jason1 :)

I'm into my firearms, I own a few (too many if you ask my wife :P). It does irk my slightly when people call what is a magazine a clip. However gotten so used to it these days 99% of the time I let it slide. Only gun I have that takes (stripper) clips is a No4 Lee Enfield, this gun has a 10 round detachable magazine but most people, including myself, just leave the mag in the gun and reload it using the stripper clips (which only hold 5 rounds so the game is a little off there :P). on a side note: Ruger 10/22 is an excellent little gun, highly recommended!

well you can get 15 round 1911 (45acp) mags IRL...they tend to poke out a fair bit :P

you need to find a toaster. Then you can make beans on toast. Gives you 6000 blood* *warning post may contain lies (lots of them)

I do like the Taurus revolver for shooting zombies as it's more accurate but you can't shoot it as quick as the 1911 Shame the 1911 hasn't got modern mags which will hold 8 rounds of .45acp

I had exactly the same problem at the weekend (only I was looking for a daylight server). I must have connected and disconnected from about 20 servers in 30 minutes.
