What gets me is when my friends and I are looting a high yield location (eg, Airfield) and someone yells out "OH SHIT!"... "A Beret".. Really do you have to scream over voice like you just got shot dead about an item spawn?

I am fine without the private server helicopter crews that loot horde entire servers only to hop to another server at a location only accessible via helicopter. -

it's hard to believe someone isn't server hopping/combat logging when all they "have time for" is to loot the airfield and log off everytime they play. My friend has the same problem so I know. I give him shit for it every time we talk about dayZ and I think that's why he doesn't play with me. That is fine though since our play styles wouldn't match up.

If you want to survive for as long as you can. Explore the map. Learn the geography. There are quite a few beautiful views throughout Chernarus. Help other people with no loot. Hurt other people with no loot. Hunt other people with loot. Dance Parties. Book readings. Search the forums for groups. I could go on but I'll let you think of some of your own. I'm sure you've got an imagination.

I've been thinking of some fun missions/games/events. I've seen plenty of other peoples ideas and most are pretty good. If you haven't tried this game it's actually a fun game with some valuable skill honing. Hide-and-Seek.

I have a question: Can you loot your own body? I've found my body once after I glitched through a second story wall. I could not loot it, I presumed it was because of the glitch and my body was not where I saw it. Boy did I search for where it could have been though. Then, I heard my friend who died from a zombie (he's not the best survivor :)) found his body again but said he could not loot it. So can you actually loot your OWN body? -
Starting a new life is fun and exciting. Imagine all the people you can meet without fear of losing all your gear. I meet all of my in game friends this way. I can only hope that one day a chump makes a post about me killing them so I can cherish it forever.

So your point of this thread was to get people to stop playing DayZ? Hmmmm you can see why that might not go over well on Teh DayZ forums. You're welcome to have you opinions but somehow I think you may in fact be having fun with DayZ and somehow don't know it. With over 800 posts I think by now if you weren't having fun or having a bad time you'd have moved on. Thanks for your input and see you in the next game you play.
